Ontario Premier Doug Ford is pushing back against the federal government’s call for provinces to require municipalities to build more fourplexes to access the new federal infrastructure fund, which is receiving $6 billion in new funding. Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow says the cities are the ones that make building decisions at the end of the day.
